Since 1999, we have been designing, developing, and operating sophisticated transactional applications for a diverse group of North American and international enterprises. We specialize in technologies and services that enable transactional and meta-data management primarily for the purpose of digital rights management, royalty distribution and financial/project management.

Job Description:
As an exceptional Java Developer in a growing software development company, your responsibilities will be to build, test, and debug software modules for PepperTag.

Responsibilities:
- Design and validate product features by evaluating the business needs expressed by the design team or customers
- Program modules, screens, reports and processes for feature enhancements using the prescribed development tools
- Plan, document and conduct unit and integrated testing of modules with a strong commitment to product quality
- Coordinate, support and maintain the application by developing solutions to bugs and other helpdesk requests
- Work independently while wearing multiple hats in the various design, development and support roles
- Communicate with clients and co-workers in an articulate and professional manner

Qualifications:
- University degree in information technology or equivalent (CS, engineering, etc.)
- 3-5 years of web application development in Java using J2EE technology
- Experience with Relational Database Management Systems - SQL programming (preferably Oracle)
- Strong working knowledge of open source frameworks (preferably Eclipse and ZK)
- Solid web development skills with HTML, CSS, Servlets, JSP, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX etc.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
