WISE - on-line reprographic and visual arts rights licensing, royalty distribution and repertoire management software
In 2013, WISE - Web IFRRO Software Environment was launched to provide a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) solution for Global Rights Management and royalty distribution by a joint effort between IFRRO and PepperTag Inc. It is a cloud-based service that uses a browser application to interact with a centralized database system generating millions of payment transactions each year. Each organization can customize WISE to suit individual business needs, for example configurable data collection for work, rightsholder and license information, custom calculations for royalty distributions, and customized reports/forms for financial document and information exchange. In addition to the base WISE system, several on-line extensions have been created to support other business initiatives for example, business portals to enable the purchase of single/transactional or blanket licenses, publisher portals to manage repertoire lists and to access distribution statement information, and permission/rights database lookup tools.

DesignDocs
In 2013, PepperTag co-founded DesignDocs with an Interior Designer and a Chartered accountant. Together we created a turn-key SaaS solution for business and financial management in the interior design space across Canada and the USA. DesignDocs (the software, our clients and product team) was acquired in 2023 by Studio Designer, the leading software trusted by interior designers (DesignDocs Acquisition)
