WISE - WEB IFRRO Software Environment
In 2013, WISE - Web IFRRO Software Environment was launched to provide a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) solution for Global Rights Management and royalty distribution by a joint effort between IFRRO and PepperTag Inc. It is a cloud-based service that uses a browser application to interact with a centralized database system servicing millions of payment transactions each year. Each organization can customize WISE to suit individual business needs, for example configurable data collection for work, rightsholder and license information, custom calculations for royalty distributions, and customized reports/forms for financial document and information exchange. In addition to the base WISE system, several on-line extensions have been created to support other business initiatives for example, business portals to enable the purchase of single/transactional or blanket licenses, publisher portals to manage repertoire lists and to access distribution statement information, and permission/rights database lookup tools.

DESIGNDOCS
In 2012, DesignDocs partnered with PepperTag to develop a turn-key project management and accounting system built specifically for the independent interior designer. The software features an on-line solution that creates professional, accurate, and consistent business documents for clients and suppliers as well as tracks and bills time and expenses quickly and easily with a mobile option. The financial accounting module with simplify revising specs, orders and sales plans as well as present a clear financial picture all the time.

Global ISTC Registration System
In 2007, the ISTC Consortium selected and used PepperTag's Book Registration System to be the worldwide central data repository of ISTC registrations (ISO standard 20147:2009). This identifier-registration site, available to designated international agencies (primarily in Europe and North America), was specifically designed to use ONIX-formatted XML batches to automatically verify and de-duplicate large-scale volumes of book meta-data. This ISO standard is currently under revision as of 2018.
